1. FILES
- Upload full arxconference system ZIP.
- Extract DIRECTLY into document root for conference.asrulsuhaimi.com.
- Avoid nested structure:
  WRONG: /conference/arxconference/admin
  CORRECT: /conference/admin

2. DATABASE
- Export full localhost database in phpMyAdmin as SQL.
- cPanel > MySQL Databases:
  create database
  create database user
  add user to database with ALL PRIVILEGES
- Import SQL using cPanel phpMyAdmin.

3. CONFIG
Update:
config/database.php

Use:
host = localhost
database = cPanel DB name
user = cPanel DB user
password = cPanel DB password

Never use:
root
blank password

4. SSL
- cPanel > SSL/TLS Status or AutoSSL.
- Confirm:
  https://conference.asrulsuhaimi.com

5. PUBLIC URL
Admin > RSVP QR Control:

6. FOLDER PERMISSIONS

backups = writable

Recommended starting point:

If PHP cannot write, use 775 only where required.

Avoid 777.

7. SECURITY
After final testing:
- Set PRODUCTION MODE.
- Remove/rename phase*_upgrade.php files.
- Remove/rename event_testing.php
- Remove/rename test_prizes.php
- Do not expose SQL backups publicly.
- Enable Options -Indexes.
- Force HTTPS only after SSL works.
